Inhalt: Digital brand management has become increasingly more important in recent years and will continue to do so. The number of brands on the internet is growing continually – consumers purchase more and more products online, especially with their phones, and recommend their favorite brands on social networks. Nevertheless, many brands fail because of cultural differences. Dieter Georg Herbst gives an insight into the particularities of brands in digital media, the differences that exist from region to region and how digital brand management will evolve in the coming years.
